Returns & Exchanges

We want you to shop with confidence. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our returns policy below.

Returns Eligibility

Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order, in line with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags and labels attached.

Items must be returned in their original packaging.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

Socks

Swimwear

How to Request a Return

Email us at enquiries@luckysecretlondon.com within 14 days of delivery.

Include your order number and the reason for your return.

Our customer service team will provide return instructions.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–7 working days for the refund to appear in your account.

Original delivery charges are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available for size only, subject to stock availability.

If the requested size is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

To request an exchange, please contact us before returning your item.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
We will cover return shipping costs and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or delayed return parcels.

Important Information

Returns that do not meet our policy requirements may be rejected.

Refunds will only be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Chest/Bust: Around the fullest part of the chest/bust, tape horizontal.

Waist: Around the narrowest part of the waist.

Hips: Around the fullest part of the hips.

Height: Stand straight against a wall and measure from head to floor.

Inseam: From crotch to ankle for pants.

Fit Tips

Lucky Secret London is modern and slightly relaxed.

Between sizes? Consider size up for comfort, size down for tighter fit.
